Exchange Policy

  • Products purchased from Zeenayah Online Store are eligible for exchange only through the Online Store.

  • Items must be unused, with labels and tags intact in their original condition.

  • No exchange is offered unless:

    • We deliver an incorrect item, or

    • The product is faulty/damaged.

  • This policy applies to local orders only.

  • For international orders, exchanges are not available unless the delivered product is incorrect or faulty.

  • Sale items are not eligible for exchange unless incorrect or faulty.

  • Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of receiving the goods.


Exchange Procedure

  • Zeenayah does not offer refund/exchange once the order has been processed.

  • However, if you receive the wrong product or a faulty/damaged item, you may request an exchange.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before processing/shipping.

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details, and the exchange policy will then apply.

  • Zeenayah reserves the right to cancel orders due to:

    • Stock unavailability

    • Pricing errors

    • Payment authorization failure
