Expected Delivery Time

Within Pakistan: 3–5 working days (after order confirmation)

International: 6–10 working days (after order confirmation)
Note: During sales or high-volume periods, order dispatch and delivery may take longer than usual.
Address Modifications
Once an order has been placed (whether COD or prepaid), address modifications are not allowed. Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.

Orders placed from Monday to Saturday are prepared within 2 working days.
Orders placed on Sunday or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
In case of delays due to verification or rush hours, processing time may extend temporarily.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, payment will be collected at the shipping address.
Once shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details (please check your junk/spam folder as well).
Shipping & Customs Duties

International Orders: Shipping charges are calculated based on destination, weight, and size of the parcel.

Any customs duties or taxes applied by the destination country’s authorities will be the customer’s responsibility.

Local Orders: Free shipping within Pakistan.
Order Cancellations

Orders paid via credit/debit card or online payment go through a fraud status check. If marked “failed” by the payment processor, the order will be automatically cancelled.

For COD orders, our team attempts up to 3 confirmation calls. If the order remains unverified, it will be cancelled.

Customers may request order cancellation before processing/shipping.
